From 4-6 June 2019, there was held the international conference „Business Day for Eurasian Economic Union“, which is one of the major parts of traditional regional event „Russian Days in Ostrava“. IMCoPharma has become a partner of the event and within the so called „road show“ organized a programme for the conference participants. The conference was attended also by representatives of some consulates and embassies of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) countries. The event tries to support the Moravian-Silesian export companies´ connections to the countries of the EAEU as well as it helps to establish new business contacts.
All visitors from five countries were welcomed by the Managing Director of IMCoPharma a.s., Mr. Ivan Mikes, who was followed by the speech of the official organizer of the event, Honorary Consul of the Russian Federation in Ostrava, Mr. Ales Zednik. The conference attendees had a chance to see IMCoPharma´s video presentations, explaining to listeners our main activities in CIS. Afterwards, the Commercial Director, Mr. Lukas Adamec, contributed with his words of thanks for visiting our headquarters. The programme was concluded by chocolate tasting in the show room of our sister company VITALO manufaktura s.r.o.
The EAEU is an economic union uniting Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Armenia, which is currently the presiding country of the EAEU. The purpose of the union is to contribute to a closer integration of member countries.
